Required from September 2024
Suitable for ECTs
GDST has its own teacher pay scale
Applications are invited for the position of part-time Computer Science and Mathematics Teacher from September 2024.
Computer Science is a popular subject and each year we have a healthy cohort of GCSE and A-level Computer Scientists. The ability to teach Computer Science to A-level, as well as GCSE, would be advantageous, but not essential. It is feasible that this role could focus on Key Stage 3 Computer Science teaching, depending on the skill set of the candidate.
The Mathematics department sets high expectations for all students and provides differentiation and challenge to enable all to reach their potential, encouraging intellectual interest and curiosity. The successful applicant will be required to teach Key Stage 3 and GCSE Mathematics. The ability to teach A level mathematics is desirable but not essential.
